These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) define the usage policies of the Moxpal Khata – Smart Account & Collection Management System. By accessing or using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

1. Introduction

Moxpal Khata is a digital account, ledger, and collection management software designed for businesses, shopkeepers, and authorized users to manage customer records and transactions. It does not provide loans, investment services, banking services, or operate as an NBFC or online lending platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this system, you agree to follow all operational guidelines, privacy rules, and internal policies defined by Moxpal Khata. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the platform.

3. Nature of Services

• Customer account & khata (ledger) management
• Daily/weekly/monthly collection tracking
• Branch, staff & agent management
• Reporting, analytics & account statements

Note: This software does not provide public loans or digital lending services.

4. User Accounts

Only authorized admins, staff, agents, and branch officers may access the system. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and ensuring no unauthorized access occurs.

5. Restrictions

• Sharing login details with unauthorized individuals is prohibited
• Modifying, copying, or reverse-engineering the system is not allowed
• Using customer data for unauthorized or illegal activities is strictly banned
• System misuse or manipulation of records will lead to termination of access

6. Limitation of Liability

Moxpal Khata will not be responsible for errors in data entry, collection mistakes, incorrect reports, or financial disputes arising from user-operated entries. All account and collection data is entered and managed by authorized users.

8. System Availability

System uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, downtime, or unexpected issues may occur without prior notice.

9. Termination of Access

Access may be suspended or permanently removed for:

• Unauthorized usage
• Violation of internal policies
• Misuse of customer or system data
• Security risks or suspicious activity

10. Legal Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations while using the platform. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Rajasthan, India.

11. Updates to Terms

Moxpal Khata reserves the right to modify or update these Terms anytime. Continued use of the system means you accept the updated Terms.
